Spent Xmas there. Super cozy rooms with excellent internet service. Location is fantastic, near to the bus stop and within walking distance to the town, where we enjoyed the nice view of the lake. We had an awesome dinner at a nearby restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast wasn't great, as there wasn't much selection. , the shower wasn't the best with low water pressure.

Half board was great value and the food was very good.
Indoor pool advertised but would not be open until later in the year.

Located just outside a charming town, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. the room was spacious and pristine with a large bathroom and pristine bedding. Every morning, the breakfast buffet had a good assortment of options. the staff was extremely accommodating, offering advice and direction when requested. I especially enjoyed taking a tour on the ferry during my stay. it was an absolutely delightful trip.
The air conditioning in the room was a bit lacking in power making it a little uncomfortable during the warmer hours of the day.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the price was excellent.
Our bathroom needed some attention - the shower door had fallen off and the soap dish came off the wall. In the bedroom the end of the wardrobe was coming loose and my bedside light did not work.

Lovely views from the room of the Lake Lovere and the mountains. The staff were what one expects of Italians - beautiful people.

The hotel is well located, close to the city center and with easy access to transportation. It is a great option for a budget trip during the holiday season. the breakfast was included and served hot, which we really appreciated. the staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the surrounding area.
The hotel lacks charm and could use some updates. the carpets were stained and outdated, which made the room uninviting.

We had an amazing stay with breathtaking lake views from our balcony. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. The hotel was very dog-friendly and there was a minibar in the lobby, which was open after hours. We loved the easy access to transportation and the beautiful scenery of the city.
Could not be improved in any way.

The staff were very welcoming and tried to speak a little English to help us. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was a good size, with a table and two chairs and overlooked the lake. There was secure, underground car parking with CCTV and there was a very reasonably priced and well stocked supermarket on the ground floor. There was a local restaurant just over the road which we found extremely good and reasonably priced.
Upon arrival the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke but we were quickly given an air freshener to help with this and with leaving the patio doors open for a while this soon was not a problem.

Pretty much every review of this hotel will say that you get what you pay for: it's an inexpensive hotel that has seen better days. That said, the staff were, with one exception, friendly and as helpful as they could be. The chief waiter in the restaurant deserves special mention. The hotel has a small restricted access car-park which is a bonus though figuring out the call buttons is a bit of a challenge.
It's difficult to mention what I didn't like without making it sound like a list of complaints. The musty smell in the room, the leak in the bathroom heater/radiator, the leak/drip on to the carpet from the ceiling air-conditioner when I tried to turn the temperature down, the fact that the fridge/mini-bar didn't work (I.E. wasn't refrigerating anything), the outlet by the bed that didn't work, the lack of written directions on how to work the tv (in fact there was no literature on anything at all in my room). Each is a small thing but they added up to a poor impression overall. I reported only the leak in the bathroom at the time. The on-duty receptionist turned the radiator off, cleaned up the spill, and if that didn't do the trick said that she'd change my room.
